Xiaomi Mi Band fitness tracker will hit the shelves this month

Details on the availability of Xiaomi’s recently announced Mi Band fitness tracker became available. The cheap and stylish accessory will hit the shelves in China next week, on August 18.

As expected, the Xiaomi Mi Band will be priced at CNY 79 ($13). The price tag makes the gadget the most affordable fitness tracker to be made available by a major manufacturer.

Despite its low price, Xiaomi Mi Band does not lack essential features. The IP67 certified accessory tracks movement and sleeping patterns, wakes up the user via a vibrating pattern, and boasts 30-day standby time.
